With your Service selection, we give you the right to cancel if you change your mind and contact us in writing (at the address below) within 30 days of the date you placed your order with us. Cancellation will entitle you to a full refund (excluding any special delivery charges separately ordered by you) and is without prejudice to your statutory rights.
If you cancel, you will be responsible for ensuring that any modem, now card or other equipment which we supply is immediately returned to us and for ensuring its safe delivery to us. If we have not received your modem or now card within 14 days of cancellation, we will automatically deduct £150 from your credit/debit card. Any notice of cancellation should be made by calling Customer Services on 0800 056 9555 and confirmed in writing to Customer Services, UK Broadband Limited, Lakeside House, 1, Furzeground Way, Uxbridge UB11 1BD.
