You can order now wireless broadband service online from this site at anytime. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%.

Cancellation:

With your Service selection, we give you the right to cancel if you change your mind and contact us in writing (at the address below) within 30 days of the date you placed your order with us. Cancellation will entitle you to a full refund (excluding any special delivery charges separately ordered by you) and is without prejudice to your statutory rights.

If you cancel, you will be responsible for ensuring that any modem, now card or other equipment which we supply is immediately returned to us and for ensuring its safe delivery to us. If we have not received your modem or now card within 14 days of cancellation, we will automatically deduct Ł150 from your credit/debit card. Any notice of cancellation should be made by calling Customer Services on 0800 056 9555 and confirmed in writing to Customer Services, UK Broadband Limited, Lakeside House, 1, Furzeground Way, Uxbridge UB11 1BD.

Money back guarantee:

The money back guarantee offer is restricted to one offer per customer in any twelve month period. UK Broadband Limited reserves the right to refuse to provide the service to any person or to terminate with immediate effect a contract with a customer for the service where UK Broadband Ltd discovers that a person is in breach of this restriction.
