Like all broadband services, now Broadband shares network resources among users. Unlike other broadband services, our packages do not have hard download limits or capped speeds, to give customers the flexibility they need for today's applications.*

Our packages are designed around how our customers want to use the service. Each package provides progressively higher data priority and greater flexibility of use, based around the typical requirements for their internet needs.

These guidelines are based on likely usage for each package. If you exceed these guidelines on occasion, there will be no bill shock (we will not send you an additional bill). If you continuously exceed reasonable use for the package you are on, we would contact you to discuss upgrading to the most appropriate package.
